During this 3-year work/study vocational training course (vocational college and company), you’ll work your way through our company’s various commercial departments. In Sales, for example, you’ll learn how to create quotations and orders for projects destined for the domestic and international market, which will also involve plenty of contact with English-speaking countries. Also part of Sales is our Marketing unit, where you’ll learn about the company’s approach to nurturing its corporate image and the best ways in which products can be presented to customers. Your vocational training course will also cover the tasks handled by our Purchasing, Finance/Accounting, Shipping, Logistics and HR departments.

What we are looking for:
– School leaving certificate (equiv. to German “Abitur”/“Fachabitur”)
– Good grades in mathematics and German
– Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
– Good written and spoken English

During your 3.5-year work/study degree course (vocational college and company), you’ll learn how punching, cutting and shaping is used to make products, and will also work on machine production yourself. Key topics covered by your course also include not just how to make VHV products but also how to install, maintain and repair them. You’ll also learn how to operate CNC machine tools as well as how to read and understand technical drawings. A large part of your time will be spent on working with metal as a material. You’ll learn about the various metalworking methods such as lathing, milling, drilling and welding.

The Technical Product Designer training course lasts 3.5 years and is completed as a work/study degree (at vocational college and our company).
Work at our company will include using CAD software to prepare wire-frame models as well as cooperation in product design projects.
You’ll also learn the basics of the mechanical processing and dimensioning of machine parts.

This work/study degree course takes 4.5 years to complete. You will also become a qualified Technical Product Designer as part of your degree work. At our company, you’ll learn the basics of the mechanical processing and dimensioning of machine parts while working on product design. You will also prepare drawings of individual parts and assemblies, and use CAD software to create wire-frame models.
