for truck, wheel loader, excavator as well as crane on the basis of VHV´s belt conveying technology.

It is an alternative to underground bunkers or complex unloading units on the basis of chain conveyors.

When loading with the aid of trucks, the entire load of 22 m³ can be taken, even if the discharge conveyor stands.

For that purpose the truck drives into the feeder’s top piece, only on its rear axles and by crossing approx. 3.5 m of drivable gratings until reaching the stable brink wedge. The truck then tilts the load onto the local grating. In doing so, the top piece’s hopper is narrowed to spacious 2.85 m, enabling a comfortable drive and is furthermore designed in a way that prohibits the truck’s wheels from causing any damage to it.

Comparable to tilting procedures on standard ground, the trucks are emptied completely when moving forward. As a result, the load drops through the grating onto the 3 m wide belt conveyor placed beyond, hence the heap is considerably shorter and the bulk freight is received safely.

The dosing capacity can be adjusted by the conveying speed as well as the thickness of layer between 40 and 400 m³/h.

When emptying the hopper, material remains are effectively loosened and derived by utilizing short vibration pulses. This fact guarantees a nearly correctly sorted feeding.

Moreover, VHV’s FlatFeeder causes comparably little noise emission. The short effective cleaning intervals of the vibrators are as decisive as the grating at the loading, since the bulk freight does not drop directly onto areas of plates.
